Some of the documents are very large Portable Document Format (PDF) files. The best and sometimes only method to successfully retrieve a large hyperlinked document is to right-click on the link, which brings up a list of options. Scroll down to the "Save Target As" option. This will download the document to your default downloads location. From there, you can then promptly retrieve the document.
