15. Why is there a need to submit an application report? Why can’t the evaluation panel use the annual SEM report submitted by schools?

Schools may wish to note that application for CDA 2011 has been aligned with SEM. CDA reports are now submitted through the SEMSS portal found in MOE Intranet.
